F. v. Shepherd Homes, Inc. et al (2015)

Plaintiffs (represented by Masoom Law) were caregivers at a facility that provides care for the elderly. 
Plaintiffs were live-in employees and alleged nonpayment of regular time, overtime, double time
wages, improper housing, failure to reimburse expenses and various other paystub and classification violations.

E. v. Casey Games Corp, Inc. (2014)

Plaintiff (represented by Masoom Law), claimed failure to pay minimum and overtime wages, breaks, and other labor code violations. Obtained judgment -Labor Commissioner award for failure to pay regular and overtime wages, meal and
rest violations and penalties.

ten years due to a medical condition. He was fired for allegedly violating company policy. Employee
