Elnaz Masoom is the principal attorney at Masoom Law Firm. She represents and counsels individuals and business-owners in business and workplace related matters. Since founding Masoom Law in 2010, Elnaz has provided high quality legal representation to clients and has been recognized for her expertise in handling legal disputes. Her determination and advocacy skills make her a formidable opponent both in settlement negotiations and in the courtroom.

Elnaz enjoys working with clients on employment cases—she is passionate about making every business a safe, decent, and profitable venture. As a plaintiff’s-side attorney, she has fought for her clients’ rights to be paid and treated fairly in the workplace. She has also counseled and worked closely with employers and business-owners to protect and defend their workplace practices.

Elnaz Masoom is admitted to practice law in California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District federal court. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude from San Jose State University and obtained her law degree (J.D.) from Golden Gate University School of Law, specializing in litigation. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of her practice, Elnaz enjoys spending time with her young children, is interested in geography, likes to travel and is fascinated by different cultures. Elnaz is fluent in both Farsi (Persian) and Turkish.
